The Tritix Principle

The Tritix Principle replaces the management pyramid with a structure built from equilateral triangles. Three people at the corners. A catalytic function at the centre — holding the creative tension between genuinely different perspectives without resolving it prematurely by authority.
The triangle tiles to the hexagon and the dodecagon — scaling indefinitely without adding hierarchy. The result is an organisation that is structurally stable under disruption, genuinely intercultural, and designed to hold artificial intelligence in its proper role rather than be captured by it.

Artificial Intelligence
A Tritix organisation is served by AI.
The AI function is serving the catalytic function, never replacing it. Artificial intelligence operates at the centroid as a continuous intelligence layer — monitoring the flow of information between the three corners, surfacing what the catalytic function needs to see, and alerting the awareness function when creative tension is approaching collapse.
Five specific operations: monitoring information flow between corners; identifying inconsistencies between commitments and actions; facilitating coordination across the interface without adding hierarchy; holding institutional memory so the formation function can draw on it; alerting the awareness function in real time.
What AI never does in the Tritix: it does not resolve tension, does not make decisions that belong to the corners, and does not replace the human being at the centroid. The AI administrator is a tool of the catalytic function, not a substitute for it.
